Yes! We are insured. If the company you hire doesn't have the appropriate insurance, then YOU the homeowner or business owner could be liable. Many issues can arise on a job site such as property damage, landscaping issues, automobile damage, and most importantly bodily injury. Ask your contractor for a copy of their insurance so you aren't the one taking the risk for someone else's business.
What surfaces can be soft washed?

Soft Wash can be used on Siding such as: vinyl, aluminum, stucco, EIFS, wood, painted finishes, brick, concrete, composite and PVC. Soft Wash can be used on Roofs such as: asphalt shingles, cedar shake roofs, ceramic tiles, stone, metal and various commercial roof materials.
Should I wash my house before painting?

Definitely YES! If you don’t thoroughly clean it, you won’t get the surface clean and will be just painting over dirt. It won’t look as good, last as long and will cost you more money in the long run. Most reputable painter contractors will insist on cleaning prior to exterior painting. Do it with "435 PowerWash", so your painting investment will last longer and look better.

On average, cleaning a small home takes just a couple of hours, a medium or large homes may require a full day. Actual times can vary depending on weather, the home's condition, its size, and surrounding vegetation.
Do I need to be home?

Customers aren't required to be home during the service due to work or other commitments. If you are home, our team will check in with you upon arrival to review the scope of work. Before we leave, a team member will walk the property with you to ensure every detail meets your expectations.
